How can I remove the "Clear All Lines" button from our custom Sales Order and custom Quote forms?

Our quotes and sales orders are often 60-70 lines and an accidental click of the "Clear All Lines" button causes a lot of grief. Is there a way to remove or hide this button from a custom Sales Order and custom Quote form?
