Cannot access SMC Mobile after netsuite udpate to 2026.1

Hi all,

I'm having problem to access SCM Mobile after netsuite update to 2026.1, each time i want to access SCM Mobile it shown error :

An unexpected error has occurred while trying to open the mobile application. For more details, view the Mobile - Generate App Config script logs.

as notes : i'm trying using Adminstrator and WMS Warehouse Manager still cannot access the SCM Mobile

WMS already updated to :

is there any solution for this case ?
