Duplicate Bill Saved Search

Hello Team,

We need to create a Saved Search when there is a Bill created with duplicate Reference Number.

We only have Warn Only preference hence the possibility to override it. We want to send email notification to a user that the new Bill has duplicate.

Please advise. Thank you!
