Preciso de uma solução para o processo de entrada de despesa, que hoje é feito de uma forma totalmente manual, onde o processo consiste em:
Solicitante abre requisição
Time de compras atua na cotação e contratação do serviço
Cria a ordem de compra
O fornecedor envia a nota fiscal para um e-mail centralizado, e uma pessoa faz a leitura desse e-mail e inclui as informações desses documentos manualmente em uma sheets
O fiscal consulta a sheets, e segue, procurando a qual ordem de compra refere-se aquela despesa e transformando a Ordem de Compra em Bill, incluindo todas as informações das notas de forma manual.
