Print GS1 compliant QR code on Packing Slip

Hi

We have a requirement to print the customer PO and the Item Fulfillment # combined as a GS1 compliant QR code on the packing slip PDF. While I can combine the data and generate the QR code using Advanced PDF, when scanned its not parsing the data correctly. Its getting scanned as a full data string instead of splitting as Customer PO (AI 400) and IF # (AI 90).

Any ideas how we can do this with advanced PDF or do we need a script? Would really appreciate some guidance pls.
