How to get SR hours updated for an ACS Subcription Renewed?

I have a client that renewed with ACS for at least 4 years, Suite Review hours should be aupdated each year to 75, on April. This year hours didn't renewed.

I created a UTS ticket and they sent to PSG ticket, I don't know how to create or get those hours back and it's already half of the month
