Unverified Emails coming from NetSuite
This started happening today, so I just want to check if anyone else is experiencing this.
Emails sent from NetSuite via case creation notification, email campaigns and general emails coming from our netsuite account are being marked "Unverified" in Outlook. DNS, CNAME, DKIM and SPF have been verified to have been set up correctly, and was all configured a while ago. We did not have any issues with sending email for a while, until today. We already submitted a ticket with NetSuite support, but the only thing they could tell us is that everything on their end shows that we were configured correctly.
