Why are some of our CPQ Configuration records saved with a ".0" after the product id?

28 of our CPQ configuration records have been saved with a ".0" after the product ID. This throws an error when one of these configs is launched by the user, which causes our server Action to fail or not run at all. All 28 of these records have been created since we've migrated to the SuiteApp CPQ (mid-April 2025). Most of them are created by the same user (11936), which is probably not a coincidence.

These are all of the records that have the ".0" product ID:

Error in the browser console of the CPQ when the user launches an affected config:

Email that gets sent to me (the owner of the SuiteApp) when a user launches an affected config (IIRC "CPQC-ST-SCA-Wrapper" is the script that runs Server Actions, so it dying on this product ID part, would explain why our Server Action isn't running):

Howdy, Stranger!
