Subject : Guidance Required for Migrating SOAP File, Folder, and Note Operations

Hello NetSuite Support Team,

We are currently using SuiteTalk SOAP Web Services for File, Folder, and Note-related operations in our integration. As SOAP Web Services are scheduled for deprecation, we are evaluating our migration strategy to REST Web Services.

During our assessment, we noticed that equivalent REST Web Services support for some of these operations does not appear to be available.

Could you please clarify the recommended approach for customers currently using SOAP for File, Folder, and Note operations?

Specifically, we would like to know:

  1. What is the recommended replacement for these SOAP operations?
  2. Are there REST Web Services endpoints available for File, Folder, and Note records?
