What makes up the "Server" time in the Performance Details popup?
For the last 7 days, we have noticed a significant slowdown of page loads in our two most accessed records, Sales Orders and Vendor Bills.
When we review the performance details in the APM or using the double-click popup, the single largest percentage is the Server time, not the Server SuiteScript, nor the Server Workflow. We don't have complicated scripts or workflows set up, and very few custom fields.
How do I figure out what is causing the slowness? From NetSuite's own Performance Details documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_48151513026.html), it mentions that Server time is made up of script and workflow time as well as custom fields. However, our script and workflow times are very small, but the overall Server time is large, as you can see from this screenshot:
