Credit Card transactions (Charge) without GL impact?
Dear team,
I would like to engage your expertise in asking the following.
Our customer uses Credit Card Charge transactions in netsuite to record expenses paid for with company credit card.
However, of late, the accounting team decided to switch to using standalone vendor bills → bill payments to pay the bills with credit card.
They would like to continue using the credit card charge transactions for informational purposes as guidance to creating the bills.
However, there is a requirement that the Credit Card Charge transactions should not have gl impact, which, natively, they do as they represent posting transaction.
Is there any way - perhaps in the account setting to make the Credit Card Charges non-posting?
