Cart Abandonment - confusion at the checkout
We have had a large number of phone calls from people telling us that we are charging VAT twice and other demanding to know what "Tax" is. Given the number of phone calls on this matter it is clear that there must be 10 times as many who don't bother to call and just abandon the checkout. This is caused by the very poor layout at the checkout stage.
If you look at the attached screen shot you can see that the VAT is shown by line, however it then extends the total to the end column which when read vertically looks like "TAX" is added again. This is confusing my customers. How do I edit this template, I have searched the system and I cannot find this page.
