Setup "from" email addresse in customer form workflow
I have created an online customer form. In Set-up Workflow, I have chosen an email template (I created) for "Send Auto-reply Email". The From Field of my email is always my email address. I look how to replace my email by a corporate one (like for campaigns)
In Company information, there is another email address in "Return Email Address" field. I would like that address to be used instead of mine. In Setup Printing, Fax & Email, the value of "Send Form Emails From" is Company Return Email Address. Results: no changes...
Do you know where is the from email coming from ?
