joLEADo chat for NetSuite

I chatted with them and learned that it is built on Oracle by a company deeply schooled in NetSuite workings. In fact they've done a lot of NetSuite consulting work unrelated to chat. Their relatively new joLEADo chat platform gives some powerful conversion tools to chat operators.
