Hi

I have just had this activated, and not sure how to set ours up!
We have had to get Alt Sales amount added, and some scripting done to allow our Quotas to be based on GP rather than Turnover.

So the way our commission works is

All three sales people get the same structure
It is calculated on the total GP for the month.
All transactions are either allocated to an individual or a Team.

Individually they must hit 65% of the GP target (Quota Alt Sales Amount). If they hit 65% or greater they then get that percentage paid against the allowed amount.
