We have a blocking issue with commissions calculations on gross profit when an inventory item is drop shipped. 

There are many inventory items that need to sometimes drop ship - there might be 10-20 orders for inventory items that drop ship per day. The inventory items are sometimes in stock, but sometimes drop shipped. We need commissions calculated on gross profit for these items regardless. However, if they are drop shipped, the order is not included in commissions calculations. Since they are not included on the reports at all, it took a while to even realize that the reps were being shorted.
