Choose PDF Layout of Customer Statement when using email action
Hi There
When a customer is emailed from the customer record using the following action from a customer record:
The statement that is included is using the advanced pdf that is set as the 'preferred statement' at the company account level.
In this scenario, I have more than one subsidiary with each subsidiary having its own logo; contact and payment details which are included on its advanced pdf statement templates.
Is there a way to choose what pdf template is used as part of the 'include statement' option?
For example, Customer ABC belongs to Subsidiary N. I want to use the advanced pdf template for statements designed for Subsidiary N.
