Reporting on time between status changes
Hi,
Not sure whether to post this in reporting or in customisation. Our SLT wish to measure the time it takes from the creation of an opportunity record to the issue of a quote. All internet searching I have done on this suggests that I may need to create custom fields to do the time calculation and then present those fields on the report.
Netsuite knows when these actions occur, so I'm sure it must be possible to report on it, and ultimately measure it against a KPI as a key business analytic (avg enquiry to proposal time). Access to this sort of data was one of the reasons we bought NetSuite.
