Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Netsuite Answers : Session Expires immediately after logging in.
I click: Support>Go to Suite Answers
The Suite Answers tab starts to load, and then I get this message within 5 SECONDS of starting Suite Answers:
"Session Expired
Your account has been inactive for a while now. Please log back in."
I log back in, and it immediately repeats this issue.
I have deleted all cookies (dammit) and cleared the cache, and still have this problem.
My account manager told me that since I'm not paying for phone support that I need to submit a support ticket via Suite Answers.😒
