How to set up the Reminder for Recurring sales order?

I need some help with a reminder.
We have sales orders that come back year after year. Before the year is over, a new sales order must be created.
Now that will be forgotten and I am looking for a reminder that helps me remember that a sales order was invoiced in January, for example, but must therefore also be recreated a year later and invoiced again.
This is because there are licenses that customers purchase that cost an annual amount.
We have created a subscription record (ABOxx) ourselves in which we record this data and every sales order therefore also has a subscription record. The new sales order will also be added to the subscription.
