Sandbox Accounts page is not available
I am an administrator in both production and sandbox of our organization's NetSuite environment. I need to refresh our sandbox, so I went to the Sandbox environment, Setup → Company → Sandbox Accounts; however, once I clicked "Sandbox Accounts", it shows the attached screen / error message:
<td class='medtextbold'><p>This information is currently unavailable.<br>Please check back later.</p></td>
I have successfully performed a sandbox refresh once in the past. Can the NetSuite support team look into this and advise what went wrong and provide an ETA of when this would become available again?
