Why do Advanced Promotions unapply when transaction record is edited
Hello,
We have been used advanced promotions and we have been noticing some issues and I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing them as well.
#1: When using the free item promotion, if you edit the sales order after the promotion has been applied, it unapplies it and you can't get it back if it is a one time use promo. Why is this? You also cannot add new items to the sales order after the promo has been applied, is there a way around this?
#2: When using the Free Shipping promo, when you edit the sales order after the promo has been applied it will unapply it.
