Saved Search Formula Text only if the new value contains a specific word
I would like some assistance with a formula for a transaction based saved search where it will only display results of the specific field being set contains Hold.
In this case, I only want the value if the field Install Project Status contains Hold. I would also like to limit this to only add line items to the results if that value was set. I know adding in system notes to the results typically adds 50-100 lines per transaction results.
I believe the formula Text should be along the lines of this:
Case When {systemnotes.field} = 'Install Project Status' and {systemnotes.newvalue} like '%HOLD%' THEN {systemnotes.newvalue} else '' END
