How can we increase the 5MB upload limit currently placed on image size when our customers upload an image file that gets attached to a estimate record?

We currently allow our customers to attach, view, and even update an image file that is attached to an estimate record. This is used for creating custom artwork that use for their purchase. The files needed for some of our products are way over 5MB; which is the stated limit for what we can have them upload. (image to wrap 4 sides of a donation box / early voting metal box).

Is there a way in NetSuite to increase the allowable upload file size? How do we do this?
