Webstore shipping cost recalculation issue

I’m encountering an issue with shipping cost recalculation in NetSuite for webstore orders. When I change the quantity of items on a regular Sales Order, the shipping cost is recalculated automatically. However, this doesn’t seem to happen for orders coming through our webstore.

Additionally, for the shipping item, I have configured the "Free if total order is over" feature to set the shipping cost automatically when the total order amount exceeds a certain threshold. This works for regular orders, but it doesn't seem to trigger correctly for webstore orders.
