We require System Notes at the line level for the Item sublist on transaction records/forms, particularly for Sales Orders. Currently, we are unable to retrieve system notes that capture changes made at the individual line-item level.

Having line-level system notes would help us maintain a proper audit trail for detailed transactional changes, such as quantity, rate, amount, item replacement, or line-level field updates. This is especially important for compliance, traceability, and internal controls.

We kindly request guidance on any available solution or workaround to capture or report system notes against line-level item entries on transaction records.
