I figured it out. note.activity: caseRecordRef. This will attach the 'Note' to the 'Support Case'

udayr Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this. Thanks rnedelkow. I really appreciate you time.. I also tried adding 'record: caseRecordRef' in my case record object. It still did not attach the note to the case.
