Chad - I'll have the CRM team follow up on this. We'll post a response here and update the help content.
-
Check out the first help topic returned when you search for "Campaign Responses". It describes each of the repsonse types or campaigns and email campaigns. If that isn't enough info let us know and we'll provide more detail and update the help topic.

It turns out we don't currently expose the mediaItem table/view in ERV or ODBC. I couldn't find an enhancement request for this so I entered one. You can now vote for enhancement 135014.
-
Makes perfect sense now. ODBC was the key I was missing. The join you wrote in your last example is exactly what I would imagine. Let me consult my ODBC guru and get back to you tomorrow.
-
Actually it was my bad. I was looking through a bunch of posts and not just in a particular forum. I should have looked closer. Apologies.
-
I think I'm misunderstanding. The 2 images that you select on the store tab within the item record only allow you to use images that are already in your file cabinet. Locate the files in the file cabinet, click the edit link, and there should be a URL field that displays the path to the image. Do you need them as a way to…
-
We are working on the problem right now. I'll update you when we have more details and an ETA. Sorry about the inconvenience.
-
The enhancement has very few details. All images in the file cabinet are accesible via a URL that is exposed on the image record. Can you be more specific about what you need to do?
-
ODBC should be back up and fully functional on Beta. Please let me know if you run into any issues.
-
I'm glad it's working for you. Sorry for the inconvenience it caused over the last couple months. Let me know if you run into any problems with this.
-
It is high on our list of priorities. You can expect a fix in the next couple weeks.
-
My sincere apologies for the delay on this. It turns out that in 2007.0 (earlier this year) we extended the detailed description field to accept up to 2 GB of characters. (rather than the 4000 character limit that it previously had) By default, the system truncates these long fields in the list view to 250 characters and…

The "Pricing Group" field in the mass update is incorrectly tied to the Quantity Pricing feature. (It should be tied to the Multiple Prices feature) I will fix this now and get it out in the next week or so. In the mean time you should be able to turn on the Quantity Pricing feature, run your mass update, then turn it off.

Search/list portlets only show 3 columns of data (including the "Edit | View" column) when they are in the far right or far left columns on the dashboard. If you want more columns, drag the portlet into the middle column on your dashboard. If the portlet is in the middle column on your dashboard and you are still only…

Miguel - No changes in behavior here. From our help content: (search for "Global Search" in the help center) [INDENT]Use % as a wildcard in numeric keywords. To avoid returning extremely large result sets for purely numeric keywords, global search returns exact matches only, unless you add the % wildcard. If you enter…

Sorry about the confusion. The enhancement should now be available for voting. (and easily accessible from the search form) Let me know if you run into any other problems.
-
66689 is the correct number. Description is "Ability to customize Field Level Help for standard Fields" If you can't locate it in the enhancement voting system we'll need to investigate. Were others able to vote for it?
-
This should be fixed in the v2007.0 release going out tonight. Let us know if it's not fixed when you log in tomorrow.
-
Currently no custom fields are searched. Only the name field of custom record entries are.
-
You are absolutely right. This has been fixed. For v2007.0 accounts, the fix will go out on June 23. For all others you'll get the fix when you get v2007.0.
-
I must not be understanding the problem. If you put HTML in the meta tag field it should be showing in the <head></head> area of the page. Are you saying that is not happening?
-
There is a great deal of help content for meta tags. In the help center I searched for "meta tag" and saw several relevant topics. Enter meta tag keywords for your site at Setup > Web Site > Set Up Web Site and for your tabs, categories and items on their respective records using the Meta Tag HTML field. Are you not seeing…
-
Right. Textarea custom fields don't have this capability built in. However it would be very simple to do this using custom code. (using the Validate Field function) If the textarea's length is greater than your max, either automatically truncate the length, or pop an alert to let the customer know that they need to remove…

Can you be more specific about what you need? Can't you use a form template with an online form? (as described in this help topic) Online Form Templates
-
Can't you just use a custom field of type multi-select? To limit a max of 5 selections you can use a simple client side SuiteScript function.
-
Sorry if I'm not understanding what you mean, but multi-selects are 100% web standard and used all over. They are not NetSuite specific. Do you have evidence to suggest that they confuse people or are hard to use?
-
Your form works fine for me. Shift/Ctrl-click allows me to select multiple items.
-
Jim - It was an oversight on our part. It was incorrectly set to 2008.2 back in April of 2007. I corrected it last night when I saw your post. I realize this oversight was misleading and I apologize. We know this is an important enhancement. We'll be looking into it in 2009. - Luke

No release target yet. It's high on our list.
-
A case/issue was never filed so this wasn't on our radar. I'll take a look.
