This seems to be fixed but I did post a similar problem with the related items on the cart page disappearing if I edited the item's price or description. Look for a post about "related items disappearing on shopping cart"

I noticed today we are getting an error in the "My Account" which is similar to the above except it reads "521" instead of "520"... any suggestions???

Variable amount is checked Show default amount is checked Maximum variable amount is 1000.00 (be sure this is greater than the "Sales Price")

Ours is working fine... I think all you need to do is set the "sales price" field to someone other than blank or $0.00 and it will eliminate the problem. We have ours set to $10.00 which means we won't sell a gift certificate for less than $10.00. Good luck!

I think it is as easy as remove the mandatory option from the "item option" record and put it on the "transaction item option" record.

You can change the out of stock messages but would suggest playing around with them first...seems there are several and you must figure out which one affects what...use the "Customize Website Text" feature for this... I just went thru this landing page issue with tech support a few weeks back and had the "continue shopping" landing page BACK TO THE PAGE THEY WERE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DID THIS CHANGE? You should check your images on the checkout page because I received the "secure, non-secure" message... What menu program are you using for the top menu navigation in the header? If it is OpenCube, we have noticed a problem with the menu options not being valid once a user hits the shopping cart.

We are using the gift certificate program with some limited success. I don't disagree that the process is clunky at best. The gift certificate code sent to the customer is after the order is shipped and billed. We have not sold one online but use it as a "promotional" tool that a customer receives after placing a sales…

I just setup a new customer, added to the cart, submitted the order and it is in our back-end system... Not sure why you can't enter an order???? Our IE info is the same as above but I don't show "IC" after the version...

There is another thread that was started about the related items on the shopping cart tab...after adding a couple of items to my basket on your site, the url changed to the correct version...the original one had the old "/s.nl/..." in it before the descriptive url portion... Seems like a NS problem unless you hardcoded…
