Ellen, Unfortunately, that is the workaround. I checked to see if we could push it earlier, but that's not going to be possible. Sorry about that. Also, if you would be willing to describe it, I'd be very interested in better understanding your workflow. Why are there time entries for which you need to change the…

Ellen, Sorry for the confusion. Part of Issue 151170 was actually split into another issue (Issue 152067): - On 9/11, the fix for Issue 151170 went out, which allows users to change the Case/Task/Event on an existing time entry. - On 9/18, the fix for Issue 152067 will go out, which will allow users to change the…

Ellen, I'm glad that things are working well for you, and I apologize for the complications immediately after the upgrade. If you get a chance, please let us know what you think of the new features in 2008.2. Thanks, Jeremy

Ellen, That's great feedback -- thanks for the update. Please let us know if you are still having trouble after Thursday night's fix. Thanks, Jeremy
-
Ray, FYI, the two concerns that you raised have been addressed in 2008.2, specifically being able to assign multiple resources on a project task and specifying vendors as project resources. We would love to hear your feedback if you get a chance to try them out in Beta. Thanks, Jeremy

Sorry, Brad. I'm not familiar with that problem. It looks like that case is being scrubbed by our testing team.

We are currently testing Safari 3.0.4 (the version that comes with Leopard) to confirm that the bug in 3.0.3 has been addressed by Apple. So far, the testing looks good, and we hope to open up access to 3.0.4 in the 11/9 release. I will post again once we confirm that. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the bug in…

Safari 3.0.4 has passed testing and will be allowed in the 11/9 release. Please note that this is only for Safari 3.0.4, which is only available on Leopard (10.5). On Tiger (10.4), Safari 3 is still in beta and that version (3.0.3) will still be blocked. Similarly, the Windows version of Safari 3 is also still at 3.0.3 and…

-
Hi Mark, Did you file a case? Thanks, Jeremy

This fix has now been pushed to the sandbox environment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Brian, I apologize that this feature was not enabled in your account initially. I will make sure that it gets enabled ASAP and update the thread when it does. Also, you are correct about the way that it works -- it handles returns to different locations and works regardless of whether you are using fulfillments or not.…

I'm checking on the plan for RTV's now, but I'll have to get back to you on that. I'll also take a look at the case for subitems to see what makes sense there. As far as getting the existing functionality enabled, you should file a case requesting the enabling of the EXACTCOSTONLINKEDRETURNS preference in your account.…

Miguel, When multiple fulfillments are involved, the weighted average cost across all of the fulfillments for that sales order will be used. The fix does not address returns to vendors. I'm not sure what you mean by addressing returns of subitems. In your previous comment, you were accepting the return of a monitor when…
-
Brian, That feature is now enabled in your account. Note that it will not impact any of your historical data, but all new or updated returns will get their cost from the associated sale information. Thanks, Jeremy

Project tasks do not currently support lead times. As a workaround, you could create a 40-hour lead task with no assignees to accomplish this.
