• Hey, Seems like the same error I am seeing as noted in another thread: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=14667 -Anthony
• There was some fix that must have been applied last night. I seen some other posts about e-mail issues for file attachments that was planned to be updated last night. This must be the reason. Has anyone filed a new case on this? I tried, but it gave me the same permission error when trying to do it online. -Anthony
• Hi Evan, I am not sure how I missed this previously, but yes, I found the field for the custom field I made and can pull the information based on that contact. This is great, thanks for the help! -Anthony
• I have been working with the templates for some time. Learning all the time because we do not use the 'automated' tasks, but on a one-on-one basis, so we have quite a few templates. Best way I have found to learn is add in all sorts of the codes, press preview and see what comes up. This is how I have been finding allot of…
• We send our confirmation and reminder e-mails to customers, and right now we are manually inputting the SO & PO #s in the subject field of e-mails through Netsuite. There should be an easy way of inputing these fields automatically, right? Are you looking to have your customers Sales Order number and THEIR PO number in the…
• This solution will work, but it will cause other problems. For us, we still store Credit Card numbers in NetSuite. On the financial tab where you key in the Credit Cards, the drop down for the Card Type will no longer be available since it pulls from the checked list of credit cards. For us, this selection is Mandatory as…
• I received no feedback on this. However, what I tried in a testing environment is that if you enable credit cards via ENABLE FEATURES, you will then have the ability at the payment to mark the transaction as approved. Our work around for this was to setup new items that accounting used when accepting the payments that were…
• The online status page still says there is no issues. No feedback on what is going on, we can barely operate. This was just looking up a customer record, and it was the best one. Total 11.745Server 10.845 (92.34%)

Today
…
• Same here, terribly slow with both system and system2 interfaces.
• I have the same problem since yesterday (monday). It is very annoying. When I create a Purchase Order I verify the address is present, but using SAVE & PRINT, the address is gone and all I have is the country showing. I guess off to file a defect....
• We are the same here. Seems randome. We cannot update orders in some cases and others cannot make new orders. We have no scripts or that running. Cache has been cleared, no change. So now we are at a hault to make sales. Needs to be fixed ASAP!
• This may be a long shot, but the role you are using, does it have the required permissing to avoid triggering the order to go back to approval? Since the record is modified, and if the role being used does not have the approval permission then the order will revert to a pending approval. Just a thought as we require this…
• We are still getting bounces on nmail3 which is IP# 167.216.129.171. See http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a167.216.129.171&run=toolpage It is listed on CBL, so its still not resolved.
• It would be better to explain the use of our own mail server so we can avoid the reliance on the Netsuite mail team. I would be happy to have all our e-mail go on our own server and not Netsuite, then the blacklist issue would not exist.
• I did manage to set this up, as well as DKIM, and it still does not seem to help resolve this black list problem. We have seen so many times that Netsuite gets on the black list over the years, and when we try to ask it to be removed it takes weeks to months, and then once it is gone it gets right back on it. So, what is…
• I am the only one in the company still logged in that can navigate around, but it is so terrible. No one else can log in to either system or system2.
• I am on system2 and system both are super super slow. I have been off for 2 days and it's crawling slower than a snail.
• We have the same problem here. I will submit a case, but Netsuites S2 means it could be months. I agree this is customer facing, a $ indicated MONEY, not QTY's.
• This sounds like the same problem as I have.
• We have the same problem. I have been working with support for several days now, no resolution. Do you get an error that the Record Does not exist? If you click on the Dashboard link in a global search, do you get anything to come up, and in the left side it shows an ERROR window? If so, this would match what I am…
• We are having the same issue. Please add us to the defect. -Anthony
• We should be back up. The same third party caching software that failed last time failed again - but this was a different problem, because we found and fixed the problem that caused the last failure. Our #1 focus starting immediately will be evaluating this component of our architecture and what we need to do to make it…
• Down too in Ontario, Canada... system and system2 no luck. IN fact www.netsuite.com won't even come up. My favorite error that support says is an ISP error: An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.cef54b8.1323201867.125bd65d
• The component has internal redundancy. We are investigating, but it may be that the case that the failover mechanism itself was the problem. Thanks, -e Ok Thanks Evan. I hope when it is known we can get some feedback. To see a 2nd failure of the same system in a short time causes concern. If there is more which can be…
• We do not have a site, but Netsuite (system and system2) will not work, unable to log in.
• The good old question, where is the back-up system and why is it not working to maintain uptime? Is that not what is posted everywhere, this wonderfull backup system that is to avoid all of this?
• Ok so it seems they may use multiple routes to get to one server, or have many servers. You could do this: In your DNS tables actaully define a local DNS entry for system.netsuite.com for the IP address which is close to your location. This way when it resolves from inside of your office you always get to the same IP…
• From what I know, you can route 'system.netsuite.com' and it has been static. 'system2.netsuite.com' is another that can be used. system.netsuite.com: 167.216.129.11 system2.netsuite.com: 96.7.204.19 I do not believe I have seen this change. -Anthony
• Things are still very sluggish, even logging in this morning (using system2) took 5 mins to get the dashboard up. Clearly there are still problems going on. The status page still does not show any problems, but if several of us are having problems clearly something is up and should be listed on the status page.
• Things seem to be working better. However, I feel all of us would like Netsuite to explain a few things based on the STATUS.NETSUITE.COM information posted: 9:31 AM PST A defect in the application server layer caused some intermittent performance issues while attempting to use the site. The problem was detected by…
