Depends on the form you are using. 'Sales order - Cash sale' will lead you to creating a Cash sale. 'Sales order - Invoice' is the form you require.

I was experiencing this as well. So did the next best thing, and switch back to MS Office 2007.

Try another browser. What about from another computer? It could be a caching issue. Clear your cache, through the browser menu. Alternatively, you can press the 'Ctrl' and 'F5' keys together which does a quick clean of cache.

Hi Joanne, Once a role is created, the centre type cannot be changed. This is for existing centres, and for custom centres. Try creating a new custom centre. Not that difficult. Also enjoyable to create something to your liking. I would recommend creating a custom centre for your HR manager. Cheers!
