Here you go: -Setup > Customisation > Entry forms -Edit the Lead form you require -Go to the Fields tab -Put a tick in the 'Quick Add' column for the field you require. Save. Also you need to set that form as preferred! And thats it! :)

Depends which form you are creating - Customer/Case form? Customer: Setup > Customisation > Entity fields > New Case: Setup > Customisation > CRM fields > New Custom record: you can create the new fields unders the Fields tab

Another version of what Wizard suggested: Steps: Return Autorisation (for the item to be changed) > Receive item > Refund-Credit > Create new SO with new item > Invoice > Apply credit > Fulfil. Done! :)

Icodes sales process doesnt make any sense to me. It may make things easier, but is easy necessarily better?! Hi Steven, Just in case you havent been able to resolve this. 1 suggestion I have is to review the Transaction form. I am thinking that a custom column has been added in the transaction form. You can remove this column if necessary. Let me know if this helps, but you might need to be a bit more specific about details.

I think Babette has nailed it. :) By doing Financials only, you will only be reporting by period for all reports listed under the Reports > Financials menu. Thus leaving you to view the budgeting report with Transaction date. Problem solved?

Good work. I still recommend the dashboard list portlet. Working previously in a support team, I found this to be the best practice, meaning that you just needed to use Netsuite to manage support cases. Best of luck. Cheers!

Have you checked out the Administrative notifications? There is an alert to notify re Billing and Renewal notices. Might want to activate that, it may assist.

Hi, Just in addendum to all this.... Smartphones (iphones, galaxy, etc..) support web browsing, so users can log into Netsuite and update/close cases at the time of actually fixing the issue via their phones. This will help alleviate the need for bulk updates. Just a thought... :)

I had a situation like this once, but was fortunate to have only 90 customers to update. Had to do exactly what you described. Took 30mins, not that bad.
