Hi @Elina Kourouzidou Thanks, I come up with all sorts of handy idea's at times. Then I fall over trying to put my pants on. 😉 You will need a search type of the records you want to email. This is important You won't be able to include any records if you don't do this. Then, you can add the people to the email results by…

Hello @Salman Badri If the subsidiary is in USD, and it is not rolling up into a subsidiary in AUD, I'm not sure that you'll be able to get the report in AUD. What @Niña Camille G. Paule-Oracle said is correct as far as adding the foreign currency column, but if there is no backend conversion (Roll up to AUD) you're not…

Hi @Elina Kourouzidou May I ask what the criteria is? Is it something you can capture with a saved search? I'm really good at alternate solutions for exactly this type of scenario. If you'd like, I can help you come up with something. IE- if you can't send an email through the workflow, set a custom field on the employee…

Hi @TEN If you're using a workflow, there is something wrong with the transition to stage 4. If you're using SuiteApprovals, Check your script execution logs for errors at the same time the transition fails.

Hello @Adinath_Bodakhe How is the category set? If I understand correctly, you're wanting to inactivate any vendor who was created more than 30 days ago, who doesn't have any open transactions and a category of 'One Time' I think that you're transaction status filter that is filtering out bills paid in full etc is going to…
-
Hello @TEN Are you using suiteapprovals, or a workflow for approvals?

Hello @Vishnu M Gift certificates have zero cost, so there will never be a vendor bill for them. With Gift certificates, you can have them sold in quantity of 1 for whatever amount. You will absolutely be able to track them, as who they are issued to via email is also eaily tracked. You can track them by account, by item,…

Be very careful creating a custom income statement via a saved search. A search isn't going to show you Retained earnings and it won't be in a financial report layout. A search for the income statement will never provide retained earnings, so it will never be accurate.

Hi @Kevenale Financial Reports are not going to allow you to hide some accounts. You can adjust the way they appear, but all accounts will be presented that are driving impacts to the financial reports. If NetSuite report builder allowed people to hide certain accounts, then they would be supporting the ability to commit…

Hello Kevinale, In the design you're requesting, where would accounts 401 & 404 be listed?

THanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Much appreciated.

Hello @Vishnu M Using a workflow to lock the record will not prevent users from viewing the records. A simple list of vendor bills will show all users with vendor bill permission all bills. You can lock them from editing when using a workflow, but not from being viewed. Sorry it's not the answer you want.

Hi @Vishnu M You will need to check with your accounting team to ensure that the accounting on the inventory items supports the proper revenue recognition for your company. This is an accounting question. Depending on what the voucher is used for, and if it has a value, there are accounting stipulations on how these must…

Hi @User_ZA0IY While using SuiteTax and the native 'Store Pickup' is not available, you can create something similar for your company. I'd be happy to assist. Store Pickup essentially means that items won't ship anywhere and are picked up by the customer. You can create a new location in your system labeled 'store pickup',…
-
Hello @User_DM6SS You can create a variance report by creating a search that shows the actual time, and comparing it to the standard times on the Manufacturing Cost Template. You will need to create 2 searches and export them to compare. As far as production not finishing a run = that can also be done with a saved search…

Hello @Elina Kourouzidou With the actions of send email and the recipient is 'supervisor' or 'initiator' that may be the issue. (Labels may be different in other countries? IE- in the US, it wouldn't be 'initiator' it would be 'user'. That could be just a difference in countries. If 'Initiator' is correct, move on to the…

Hello @Vishnu M If a user has visibility to see any bills, then you cannot restrict them from seeing all bills within the users subsidiary. NetSuite permissions don't allow partial permissions. I'm sorry it's not the answer you want.

Hello @User_MZTGL Because it's the 'unexpected error' you will likely need to file a case with support. In the meantime, do you have administrator access? If you do, I may be able to help you troubleshoot this yourself. Let me know and we'll see if we can get you back in.

Hello @Elina Kourouzidou You cannot customize the employee center
-
Hi @User_K51C7 While you cannot do this natively in NetSuite, you can absolutely do this with a script. Reach out to your solution provider and they should be able to help you. If they can't help you, there are multiple solution providers here in the community that you can reach out to privately for help. Good luck!

Hi @User_APXUW If you don't show the location on the lines, they automatically pick up and use the location at the header level. As long as you're not fulfilling lines from different locations, this is the way you might consider going. It's super easy. On the SO form, sublist fields, uncheck 'location'. Now, all lines will…

Hi @Andrew B_ If I am understanding you correctly, you want to have an integration into NetSuite via the employee center, or any other center where you can run the integration without using a 'full' user license. The answer to your question is no- these 'free' licenses won't support integrations as they are very limited in…

Hello @Venkata Krishna Indeti This community provides support via answering specific questions people may have, etc. To add a script into your website and another on your sales orders is a full customization. To do this, requirements have to be gathered and documented about how your system is currently designed and how…

Hi @Jet Zhang Personally, I'd go to a fixed asset record, click edit and then click 'add new field' from the drop down in the upper right corner. But you can do it however works best for you.

Hi @Elina Kourouzidou Obviously, your assumption is not correct. It's really best practice to turn it on, otherwise you risk duplicate payments. The prepayments must be manually applied if you don't auto apply, and you can't use CSV. I strongly suggest that you have them turn on the auto apply feature. Otherwise they will…

@Tapendra Singh Is it standard or custom fields missing from the record log? From the native NetSuite records catalog - are you sincerely expecting to see custom fields? Custom fields are custom to each customer. You're never going to see custom records in the Native NetSuite Catalog - IE NetSuite Schema.
-
Hi @User_K51C7 I plugged your question into Cadbury AI - (AI Built for NetSuite) and got this answer and code: I'm kinda impressed! AnswerYes. Use one of these faster, repeatable approaches: SuiteScript 2.x “introspection” + getFields/getSublists on each record type to dump field IDs, labels, types (covers standard +…

hello @User_IRGI3 I don't think that the purpose of NSPB is to import budgets that exist in NetSuite. Instead, the NSPB app allows you to create and edit budgets in the NSPB application. The data that you import from NetSuite into NSPB is done only via refreshing the data - the data imported are the actual numbers, not…

Hello @Elina Kourouzidou You can create a saved search for your prepayments using a transaction search with transaction type = vendor prepayments. The search should provide you the ability to review and apply any open prepayments. I'm curious - if prepayments were created from a purchase order, then the prepayments should…
