Hi @manuelsaomartinho, As per checking, Wee Ming created a new custom field for this and also created a workflow to automatically fill the field. You can try it as a workaround for the Alt Name. Thank you! -Lyka

Hi @User_64PY4, Since we cannot reproduce this in our testing environment, we would not be able to find the root cause of this issue. I highly suggest for you to file a Support Case to our Support team since they have the possibility to access to your replica account for testing which is in this case is needed. -Lyka

Hi @Toanne Termeer, We highly suggest for you to file a Support Case to our Support team since they have the possibility to access to your replica account for testing and check if there are any alternative solution for this. The bundle owner is inactive and it cannot be installed due to this. -Lyka
