I think I figured it out. After you save a campaign template it will send you a preview. The preview is where the links are not working. It seemed to be working correctly when a test campaign was sent. Thanks. Anthony

Yes this has happen to us on several occasions. I called on the 12th an issue was filed 107601. We even shipped out the merchandise because there is no way to know that this has happen until a reconciliation takes place.
