I've logged a case but it appears to be an intermittent or contingent fault, so the more customers who log cases the faster it will get recognised... Ben

well, my issue #1 (below) appears to be finally sorted out - 2 months after i reported it in the first beta however the subscriptions feature is still UNUSABLE because of issues 2,3,4 below come on netsuite, this is pathetic. i still can't use my crm system to communicate with my customers
