Thanks, Jervin. We've created NS Support Case 5810738 NS Community Post 4493888 "New Validation Check for the Hide In SuiteBundle Preference" - beginning May 15 2024? Thanks, Berkley

Update After further review, the fake "Mass Update" MU in the non-prod sandboxes after refreshed from prod alternate solution had unintended side effects. The MU ended up blanking out some fields that should have retained data. Do you have other options or recommendations to for how to copy workflow "instances" and…

In case it helps others, the steps below appeared to resolve the post refresh, post core upgrade non-production (SBX) testing issues we were experiencing with "Program Fund" and "Segment Code" records and related workflows. From NS Support Case 5692938 - How to copy workflow instance states for NFP (Not For Profit) custom…
-
Thanks, Grace. So we cannot refresh SBXs (2024.1) again until after PROD (2023.2) is upgraded to 2024.1 right without having to re-upgrade the SBXs? To confirm, as you noted, for us too, the WF states and actions in the WF objects themselves are copied from PROD to non-PROD in the previous refresh, just not the instances…
-
Thanks, Grace. Are you saying the refresh exclusion below for WF instances is outdated or inaccurate? We understand that WF instances are NOT copied from PROD to non-production sandboxes, based on the NS doc excerpt below... From "Data That is Not Copied from Production to Sandbox" … "...SuiteFlow (workflow) history logs…
-
Thanks, Grace. Hopefully to clarify, the Workflow object definitions themselves in PROD and non-PROD (SBX) are the same, via refresh of PROD to DEV (SBX1). The problem is the states of the instances of the workflows in non-PROD and PROD are different because those are not copied from PROD to non-PROD in the refresh process…

Thanks, Veronica and Grace. Grace, so we did previously, 3/11, refresh SBX from PROD in prep for non-production upgrade testing. We cannot currently refresh from PROD again until after PROD is upgraded to 2024.1 and still complete our non-production upgrade testing. We have DEV SBX core at 2024.1 for non-production upgrade…

Thanks, Michaela. We do already have the existing NS Support Case below open and we're following up with our account manager and will update. NS Support Case 5447416 - Is a breakdown of usage available for "Total Storage Size" usage? Thanks, Berkley
-
Thanks, Michaela. We used the steps your provided already to see that we currently are over the "Total Storage Size (MB)" (CURRENT PROVISIONED QTY is less than the CURRENT USED QTY). This question is different. We're needing the steps to navigate to the "Storage Info" tab in the "NetSuite Account Center" referenced on this…

Are there steps needed to be able to see the "Storage Info" in the "NetSuite Account Center?" Following the steps you've provided here, I'm not yet finding the "Storage Info" tab in the "NetSuite Account Center" Thanks, Berkley

Just fyi, in case it helps others. These questions have been answered by NS Support on the case listed below. From NS Support Case 5377238... 1. How do you set the date/time for NFP Bundle updates in Production? A: The NS email pre-notification provided the date. NS Support via Case was able to confirm the time .…

Thanks, Nicole. We checked on the next/previous options you mentioned and confirmed the tables below are available via the SAC ODBC driver "netsuite2 . com" data source, but they do not solve the problem we are facing. nextTransactionLink or previousTransactionLink nextTransactionLineLink and previousTransactionLineLink…

Elychelle, is there anyone you know at Oracle that might be able to help us on this one? Thanks, Berkley
-
Thanks, Elychelle. We had previously tried the solution in SA you referenced below, but that did not resolve the issue for us. SuiteAnswers Article ID: 74940 Electronic Payments: Email Payment Notification does not send and status of Payment File Administration is Queued. From the previous comments on this, it sounded like…
-
Thanks, tmarck and Elychelle. We've been experiencing the same issue that you were. Since it appears the issue was resolved, could you confirm which steps resolved the issue for you? Was it the steps in SuiteAnswers ID 79178 or 74940 or both that resolved the issue for you? Steps in SuiteAnswers ID 79178 - Email Payment…

Thanks, Nicole . Sorry for the delay on this end. We've requested the snippet for you from the vendor working on this issue and will update you.

Thanks, Richard. We ended up having the scheduled job execute the translation, and then having the end-user use a saved CSV import to manually process the transformed input. That provided the notifications and the access to the CSV Response file needed, but wasn't the automation we had hoped. Reason was developer didn't…

Thank you for posting this. Looks like it was some time ago. Wondering if you found a solution for this or not? We're seeing this same error also while attempting to update the employee address via SOAP api. From looking at the records browser, it looks like potentially the defaultaddress field is display only field, but…

Thanks, Richard. We'll check it out and update.

Sorry, asha.jena, question was intended for Nicole Mendoza-Oracle forum_netsuite_mod, ORACLE_EMPLOYEE who referenced the Enhancement 366617. I've updated the question to clarify.

Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle, could you point us to an example for the Alternate Solution using SuiteScript 1.0 nlapiSubmitCSVImport() method? We've voted up the enhancement you referenced. Enhancement 490521: SuiteScript 2.0 > N/task Module > CsvImportTask.submit() > ability to result Job ID in order to be able to download…

Nicole Mendoza-Oracle forum_netsuite_mod, ORACLE_EMPLOYEE, Do you have an ETA for the enhancement you referenced below? We've voted it up, but wonder rough timeframe it may be considered and potentially added to the product? Enhancement 366617: SuiteScript: Import/Export > View CSV Import Status > Ability to get the CSV…

Update After completing the verification steps required (1 below) and updating NFP configs to match standard NFP bundle configs (2 below), all NFP managed bundles listed below upgraded successfully in our non-production sandboxes. NFP SuiteApps Update Verification…

Thanks, Jack. We'll continue to work with support via the existing NS Support Case 5145474. Thanks, Berkley

Thanks, Jack. We'll review the SuiteCloud CLI and Jest Unit Testing Framework SuiteAnswers references you noted and update if we find options that work to meet this need. Thanks, Berkley

Thanks, Jack for checking and your update. Unfortunately, Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) technical support has a similar but opposite response. MS know MS ADO, but not NS, leaving us in the middle without options identified yet. In case it helps, we've seen the example at the link below which seems close to what we're hoping…

Thanks for posting this issue and SuiteAnswers link. We're experiencing this same error "Invalid account mapping key..." which is preventing us from setting up SFTP account linking for Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp. The bank will not change the contents of the bank statement data files because they conform to…
