I tried all your suggestions using my ADMIN role, reset forms and sublist views to default and we still can NOT see any credit notes. For instance, we issued a credit note for a kit item, and the member assembly items had their quantities adjusted correctly, but the credit note transaction is not visable on the assemby…

Yes, we currently have a TRANSACTION search like that...then we import the results into a custom field on the item record: (Type is any of Assembly Build, Item Fulfillment And Item:Type is Inventory Item) And Date is within 18 months ago and 1 days ago Item: Internal ID - Group Item - Group Quantity - Sum - Absolute Value…

Case: 1677669 Dynamically calculate consumption for Inventory Items?
-
...the goal is to be able to use this item consumption data in inventory calculations along with other inventory data fields on each item record.
-
That sounds promising...do you have any sample code you could share? We're scripting novices.

Netsuite called...the button icon is there, just invisible...hover your mouse to find the icon (see screen shot attached). They are working on making the button visible again.

As noted, Netsuite requires us to use a common root directory for multi-sites to store a single ROBOTS.TXT file which must service all websites, so we can NOT include a pointer to the XML sitemaps in the robots.txt file. Since we manually point the major search engines to our site-specific sitemap XML files, this shouldn't…

We use the following search settings. It dumps out the detailed contents of all bins, which then can be sorted by item or bin. The filters at the bottom then allow the user to filter/search to a specific item or bin. Criteria: Bin On Hand : On Hand is not 0 Bin Number : Location is all Bin On Hand : Bin Number is all…

I've posted case #934186 to get this turned back on for several of our GL accounts...this is a must-have for balancing the Inv Rec'd not Billed account. It should be a user option for all non-bank GL accounts.
-
Malin, we have started working with Landed Cost this year, and have reviewing your various posts. I want to comment on a summary of some points in your previous positing: 3. Bill for landed cost is entered: -A/P (liability) is credited. -Whatever account is set as the 'expense account' on the purchase item used is debited.…

This is a big issue for us, too. We have also decided to post the vendor bills with the same exchange rate as the PO (manual entry), and realize the exchange gain/loss at time of AP payment. Enhancement request: Netsuite should pass the PO exchange rate to the entry of the vendor bill to make the bill entry process…

We do all our credit card processing off-line (and manually enter into Netsuite) using a phone IVR with Chase Paymentech (for VISA US/CAD, MC US/CAD, Amex CAD) and phone IVR with American Express Canada (for AMEX USD). US$ transactions are deposited directly into our RBC US$ account. It sounds like we could finally move…

Our Netsuite role settings only allow certain users users to view employee records. Also, we assign a CLASS to each user, and the payroll cheque transactions are further restricted by CLASS. And, we restrict user access to certain GL accounts by CLASS. Yes, we use Quickbooks to physically print the cheques, then we…

The link on the SuiteAnswers page appears to be dead: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27904 When I click on "Canada Tax Updates - April 2013" I get: Page Not Found https://system.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl Please update your bookmarks and links. You will be redirected to the home page in 3…

We track our hours in Netsuite, run QuickBooks (about $90/month for single user and payroll subscription) to handle our Canadian payroll, create a monthly payroll journal entry in Netsuite to record costs and liabilities from Quickbooks, and record the cheques printed by Quickbooks in Netsuite...until someone comes up with…

We considered Quickbooks online...$9/month + free payroll until March 2014...I asked Intuit sales what the payroll fee would be after March 2014, and the response was: "QuickBook Online Payroll (QBOP) is available to you as part of a beta program. What that means is you can use Online Payroll for free for the duration of…

Update: In the end, we could not get Simple Pay or Quickbooks online to do what we needed, so we went with Nebs www.payweb.ca The interface is kind of funky, but their tech support is excellent and customized the service to exactly how we wanted it. Direct deposit is a big time/cost saving vs printing cheques in QB. We…

Update since my April 2012 post: We are currently setting up Simple Pay (www.simplepay.ca) for 2014, which we found in the Netsuite SuiteApp Store. It's cloud based, and integrates somewhat with Netsuite (auto-posts GL entries and employee cheques in Netsuite, Direct Deposit or printed cheques, and auto or manual pay of…

I'd really like to hear more about how you implemented these solutions. Email me at brent@bollards.ca or post here if you want to go public. Thanks!

Any progress on this? All our cheques have no pre-printed Date Field Indicators, so I need to print them with Netsuite also.

We're having the same problem...

We procrastinated dealing with our Sitebuilder HTTP/HTTPS issue, as we are working on replacing our current SiteBuilder site (www.reliance-foundry.com) with a new WordPress site in 2-3 months. However, Google recently emailed us another warning email about our non-HTTPS site: "On July 2018, Chrome (version 68) will start…

If you turn OFF those two settings (ie: turn off HTTPS), I would expect your site revert back to regular HTTP? I assume you have cleared your browser cache. Otherwise, I would contact Cloudflare for support.
-
farrago, can you describe what you did to make your Site-Builder site https? We knew this was coming, and we got emails from Google recently: "Starting October 2017, Chrome (version 62) will show a “NOT SECURE” warning when users enter text in a form on an HTTP page"

Same here. We have Transaction searches which list Items in Sales Order transactions...any reference to Item: Available, On Order or Back Ordered causes the item to repeat many times in the search results.

Yep, users switching currencies on your website can scramble your Published Saved Search results sort order... Defect # 256255 - Lists > Web Site > Publish Saved Search > Results not sorting correctly

Most of our new IE7 and IE8 users are getting "Please enter a value for Name" when they try to register as a new user on our website, and can't get past the registration screen. This does not seem to effect Firefox users. Is anyone else seeing this?
-
Happening to me today too...can't get new images uploaded to our website directory to appear on our website...tried all the various forum suggestions, but none worked.... However, I uploaded my image files to the File Cabinate > IMAGES folder, then moved them to my website folder, and the images went live immediately.

None of our exteral file links to http://shopping.netsuite.com/... are working. Web site is broken! Help!
