Thank you Michelle. I appreciate it. I could live with returning the Memo "Reply was sent" when this autogenerated Memo is the only Memo, if I had to. I would of course have to reconcile the results to ensure that when "Reply was sent" is returned, it is only returned when it is the only Memo that exists on the Case.
