Is this still a limitation? Deleting the sales orders or sales channel isn't feasible for historical reporting purposes.
-
I believe it is working as intended. I don't have any fields missing! Switching to an invoice saved search solved my problem.
-
Hey all, it does appear that running this as an invoice search achieved the required result. Attaching the criteria and results here.
-
Thanks for the quick response. It verifies what I was thinking. I figured it had to be a CSV upload by transaction type, which would be extremely time consuming - as well as re-opening periods. If I make it inactive and there are memorized transactions that occur or offsetting future JE's, will they just error out?…
-
Let me give that a shot.
-
I do not believe they are custom fields as our custom field ID's all start with "cust" That line is populated by the rate field which is a standard netsuite field.
-
The fieldid is showing up as discounttotal or discountrate on the invoice and typically populates under the rate field or discount item field in the subtotal column. it flows through from the sales order to the invoice and is bulk applied across the entire sales order rather than on a per line basis.
-
Now the only field I cannot get to populate is the discount item rate for the overall sales order. I have terms discount, but it is not taking into account the rate for a discount item that is applied to the sales order itself. @Judith Culanding-Oracle

That's perfect. Thank you!
-
Thank you @Judith Culanding-Oracle . What exactly does the main line - false mean?
-
Did you ever receive an answer on this?
-
I was actually thinking a custom field would be ideal on this so that it is within the actual item record. Do you have a thread related to that?
-
Hey @Ivy Lopez-Oracle is there a way to add a column that will include all units sold to date to this report? It's working great, we just need to be able to see how many total units we've sold.
-
Thanks for that, Wee. A couple questions: If I use the Transactions > Sales > Invoice Sales Orders section, will this still trigger? I'm not super familiar with the triggers so I'm not sure how the "After Field Edit" will work I sourced it to a custom field as you suggested - what happens if there is nothing in that custom…
-
Ok - so it appears per SuiteAnswer 19887 that the alt email field only works for individuals, not companies. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what.
-
Oddly enough - if I add the alt email field to our form it won't actually display anywhere so I didn't even know there was an alt field. @Wee Ming would you mind sharing a screenshot of the workflow you would suggest? I'm somewhat familiar with them.
-
Perfect. Thank you!
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle is it possible to add in the expected receipt date of one of those items that are currently on order from this?
-
Can this be modified to be used as a custom field within an item? I'm wanting to source a new custom field for the "Purchases >Order Items" function that would contain the last rolling 6-months of invoiced sales (I think changing type to "invoice" rather than sales order would achieve this). That way I could have a column…
-
thanks for the response.
-
Any update on this functionality? We also enter landed costs by line and having to go back after we get invoice to update the item receipt can be quite cumbersome.
-
This seems to give me the sales order with a line by line of each item on it. In reality - I need to be able to see Available/Quantity Ordered on the fulfill orders screen to know how much of the product is available vs what they ordered in the overall order. I.e. if they order 100 items, and there are 75 available, it…
-
Hey Mauricio, That would work for calculated the fill rate based on what has shipped out. I think the term fill rate that I'm using is probably a different context. I'm trying to identify committed/available items to ship prior to fulfilling so that I can quickly ensure that we are shipping enough items in the fulfill…
-
Now that was super helpful. Thank you!!!!
-
It was indeed turned on, but not sure when/how it was...
-
Update: apparently there is now a billing sublist for payment field that must be marked as "show"
-
No worries. It is what it is. Appreciate you jumping in Ely!
-
Re-opening this as a possible workaround. If i set up each address as a subcustomer, would this work correctly and sales data roll up to the parent?
-
We currently use a filter on the fulfill orders page to do what we want to do, however it's misleading on the reminders portlet on the dashboard - hence the purpose for trying to figure this out. So i think the answer is that it's currently not possible and the reminders portlet shows up incorrectly.
-
On top of this, is there any way to filter that reminder screen in general such as filtering by a certain date? We take orders many months in advance of their ship date so we filter by the requested ship date on the fulfill screen.
