Paul.. Thank you for the feedback! We actually did not 'Enable' the Pick,Pack,Ship functionality. We basically go from Sales Order to Packing Slip - shipped (no picking list, etc.). The cool customizations you've put together may not be able to help us without us using the pick ->pack -> Ship full solution?
