Same here. I end up in a weird stripped-down version of my home screen.

We had one known case of one of our emails being detected as spam this past Friday afternoon. Waiting to hear from the recipient if they can send us the header of their received email. At the moment, the IP 167.216.129.207 is in the clear according to http://www.anti-abuse.org/ . However 167.216.129.208 (another IP for…

There's a SuiteAnswer article on resetting check numbers here: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7501

We find the "Create Matrix Items" process to be insufficient for our needs and create all our matrix items via CSV import.
-
We seem to be back up again.
-
That info is still there for us.
-
Down for us too.
-
For us, that's normal behaviour for web store orders, but not customers created in the back end.
-
Just a wild stab here, but is the hyphen a "regular" hyphen and not a unicode em dash or en dash?
-
This preference wasn't there when we set up NetSuite some years ago. It's surprising that this preference would be put into our accounts defaulted to "True".
-
Yes, but seems to have just recovered...

Fifth most requested enhancement on SuiteIdeas...

Is that custom transaction field a line or body field? I believe mass transaction updates only work with main lines (body fields).
-
I don't know then. It works correctly for me.
-
According to this post, you would need the "List > Duplicate Entity Management" permission and "FULL" level permission to the record being merged.

We use matrix items for use in our Site Builder website. I can't really say if you should go with matrix items or not, but I'll comment on your "problematic" issues.

If you create your matrix items with CSV import, you can name them whatever you want, using the Item Name/Number field. You could also change the…

We are billed on 10 GB File Cabinet and 10 GB Data storage, but our Billing Information shows provisioned quantity of 10,000 MB for File Cabinet Size and 10,000 MB for Total Storage Size (not Data Storage). I haven't seen a clear answer as to what the Total Storage Size actually is; the question has come up before.…
-
As jimk mentioned, there's a second place where storage size is indicated, in the NetSuite Account Center under Storage Info. There it breaks out "File Storage" (which matches the File Cabinet Size) and "Data Storage". The Data Storage is further broken down into "Customers/Prospects/Leads", "Transactions" and "Custom…

Set the Custom Label to " MasterGraphics<br>Subscription "

As far as I know, it does the same thing. Anyway, after the first time you submit a sitemap, Google will periodically check it regardless of whether you notify them or not, so we don't bother notifying Google anymore.

I'm not sure I follow you. Are you saying that when you click the print icon on an invoice (thus opening up a pdf) that the "To Be Printed" box doesn't uncheck? It should.
-
You can do this with a Mass Update: Mass Update -> General Updates -> Transactions -> Invoice. Set your Criteria, then on the Mass Update Fields tab, check the Apply box by "To Be Printed" and uncheck the Value box.
-
As far as I know, it can't be done. Would like to know if it's possible somehow. A related problem we've had is where the matrix structure needs to be changed (i.e., the manufacturer has changed the item so that new/different options are available). The only way we could do this is to delete the matrix item and re-create…
-
For us, the main benefit is the simple creation of a single web store item with all the permutations selectable via drop-down lists by the customer. However, the lack of flexibility is a headache. The structure of a Matrix Item is not editable, so if a new type of option becomes available then a new Matrix Item has to be…

You can accomplish this fairly easily with a Workflow.

Trigger on Before Record Submit when 'To Be E-mailed' = T
Set Field Value of 'To Be E-mailed' = F
Transition to next state After Record Submit
Use 'Send Email' action. This allows you to use an email template and also automatically attach pdf
-
I'm not familiar with scheduled scripts, but I would use a workflow to accomplish this. Search for "Welcome Email Sent to Customers Three Days After First Order Workflow" in the NetSuite Help Center to see an example.

Again, I don't know about SCA, but in Site Builder you can change the ordering by going to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options, and editing the "color" option, for example. Then go to the "Display" tab and change the "Insert Before" setting to the "size" option.
-
I don't know about SCA, but if it works the same as in Site Builder, then you can control this by going to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists and editing the relevant list. You can select "Alphabetical Order" for "Show Options In:", but if you select "The Order Entered", then you can drag and drop the line…

Yes, this can be set up to work from within their account. Info on the feature is here: https://developers.suitecommerce.com/section4464799196
