Thanks for confirming the issue. OK, so it was showing the latest status of the orders that were open only in the given range, instead of currently open orders that were placed during the given range. If there was another date field (transaction date) in the filter that could solve the problem but there wasn't any. Instead…

The closest I can get: Reports > Sales Order by Item Summary > Customize Group by Item's Preferred Vendor's Related Business Unit There is still no accessable Business Unit (department) field specifically for Sales Orders.
-
Navigate the available fields on the left +open sales orders +department add NAME That should do it, thanks very much! :) I searched for it but apperently report builder can only search for field names, not source/table names. Next time, I will look into the list first :D

We ship both FedEx ans UPS right in Netsuite. You have to setup your shipping item for UPS when you have UPS as the default and then set FedEx as the default and setup the FedEx shipping items. We have been shipping with both of them in Netsuite for years. Thank you Rod, that answers my question. Now I just need to figure…

After receiving that email from Netsuite, I remember doing that. But I did it again just in case. The rep might also have a client list that was generated month ago, so I couldn't tell exactly when Fedex actually received the last request on their old server. Thanks for the help though, I very appreciate it.

... I am chewing on your base need here, and will spend some time this weekend seeing if I can tweak things to possibly help you out. I have some ideas, so I will let you know what, if anything, I come up with. Since your not actually fulfilling with NS, just uploading the fulfillment data, it complicates things a bit.…

Hello, First, thank you for the answers. Oz development actually contacted me after seeing this post. Troy showed me a demo on how things work (except the batch processing part). It looks satisfactory so far. I'd like to thank Anna and Troy for the demo (I know you are reading this :) We will see about the pricing part,…

Ok Deniz, Just so I am clear. Are you using Netsuite to transmit the information to Fedex? If I am following you, then you are uploading the fulfillment info, and transmitting the infor to fedex, then printing the labels, is this right? No, we are not using NS to communicate with FedEx. NS's built-in shipping support is…

Hi Deniz, I might know of a way. I figured that since everyone was pointing you to OZ, you might not be interested. Since you are, let me see what I can come up with in my test area. I have been doing a lot of work in integrated shipping (and it is paying off), as OZ is not always an option for some- especially canadian…

That's something we use internally e.g. items A,B,C should ship via UPS while the rest is better with Fedex. But I don't think an item has such a property in NetSuite since you will end up mixed items in an order and you have to decide on how to ship that order. It would be nice to see an enhancement in the future that…

Thank you very much, it looks great.

Hi, Today for the first time when we try to fulfill some orders, Job List showed the batch as "FAILED". However when we go into that failed batch, everything shows as "successfull" Those orders also show up in "Ready to be billed" screen, so everything else seem normal. Two of the four batches are like that. Looks nothing…

Thanks, Malin. Looks like someone didn't use the search function :D

I have a similar problem here. We noticed that we have the same entity as a Vendor and as an Other Name. Do you know would it be possible to merge these two at all?
-
Down in Southern CA. Neither system nor system2 subdomains respond.

I wonder if the customer record is the culprit. Customer record has "SEND TRANSACTIONS VIA - EMAIL" box checked, which is described in help as "Check this box to check the To Be Emailed box by default on transactions when this customer is selected.". However, the transaction form does not get its box checked. I guess I…
-
Have you checked whether the "To Be E-mailed" box is checked by default? This would be controlled by the transaction form, the customer record preference, and the Setup > Company > Email Preferences. Yes, it is unchecked by default. Edit: I missed the customer form, I think you are right. I posted below before realizing…

We have issues with payments getting processed properly. It waits for 5 minutes then says it got declined even if the transaction goes through. We have many double-charges because of this.
-
Having this issue as well. Caused us to double-charge many customers. Edit: I also filed a case and they attached it to defect 480489 (U3)

Same here in San Diego, CA. system2 is slightly faster but not much. Certain departments came to a halt.

Thank you

Down down down.. Digging a hole on the ground for myself is an added bonus, was not intentional.

Recently daily XML imports got a lot slower than usual (30-40 minutes instead of 5-10 minutes)
-
For now I added the IP in question to the list of company IPs. Once I have a customized role, I will modify the rules for that role. Thank you both.
-
Have you done anything with the payment settings e.g. added another one, or made one inactive? Edit: Actually if you see the decline message on PayPal while it's approved, then it's a PayPal issue for sure. Their tech support usually response in a day or less. You can post on their forum too (www.x.com)

Thank you for the update. Saved me a lot of troubleshooting time for sure.

It would be nice to have a breakdown of that number. Our NetSuite storage is 25GB since 2006. Our store database accumulated total of 5GB data since 2002 on our end (this includes shopping cart, backend, customers, transactions, items, plus everything else that NetSuite doesn't have). I am just wondering how did we end up…

Particularly interesting is the graph they have comparing the cost from different providers for a petabyte of storage. It's sure something I'd like to see improved in netsuite, but I'm aware of all the caveats regarding admin/operational costs beyond just the price for drives, especially if they were running on emc :p By…

Extremely slow in Southern California. It often times out. PET data shows 50%-99% Network load. The very first sign was our daily smbXML import which took more than an hour around noon time PST.

system2.netsuite.com is working. It's just the main system that's down. I've never heard of system2 subdomain before. Is that a live server? Can we switch there and commit transactions as usual?
