Hi Shamaine, Thanks for your help. I reviewed our plugins and it looks like one of he checkboxes was reverting to false whenever the page was loaded. I have managed to get it to stay checked now and all the options are now showing. Thanks for the pointers it really did help.

Thanks Mikko, I have looked everywhere and can't find what needs to be enabled to allow us to make the payment method.
