Hi @Jason_Moore, If you are using client scripts, we have a maximum limit of 10 client scripts per record type. Scripts deployed beyond will not be triggered. You can bypass this with a similar approach as the sample code in SuiteAnswers: Pass URL from a User Event Script to a Client Script via Button Click In this sample, a User Event accessed the Client Script formObj.clientScriptModulePath.
