Hi @Thomas UPF, Apologies for missing this one. Transaction Date (field id: trandate) can be set manually in the UI, SOAP, or REST API. For example, in this test instance that I did a year ago, I created the Payment record several days before I applied it to an invoice record. Therefore, the trandate is a few days in the…

Instead of SOAP Web Services Permission, make sure that you have the permission for REST Web Services.

Thank you so much for the comprehensive explanation of your solution, @Dext3r! I'll take note of this and refer to your solution if someone ever comes across a similar concern. It was a pleasure to work with you. 😊
-
It is odd indeed. I haven't seen a similar case that could explain why this is happening but I am glad it is now working.

Hi @Laura Giuffre Can you please provide the search query you are using so that I can test it on my end?

Glad to hear that! Take care. 😊

Hi @Laura Giuffre, Good day! NetSuite Analytics Workbook utilizes the NetSuite2.com Schema. In order to be able to retrieve records, you must have the necessary permission. The best way to check which permissions you require for each table is to use the Records Catalog. It should show you which permissions and features you…

It should be fine if you have it in your Sandbox as it won't affect production data. Although it is also important to check if it would impact other changes such as UAT tests if you have any.

Unfortunately this is as far as we can go. One other option that you could try in order to verify that it is indeed the ebiz causing the change is to undeploy the script. But if you're using this in your production account, it is not advisable that you do this. I'm only mentioning this because it could be an option if it…

Can you reupload your script with a different file name, script record, and deployment record? If you have a Sandbox account, you can also try to replicate the steps you did there and then let's check if you get the same behavior.

Hello @Dext3r, Did you get a chance to look into my previous comment?

Hello @Dext3r, The List/Record field still contains the value of the internal id despite being shown as the transaction ID. The same applies to entities as well. In this example from my test account, I created a saved search for my custom record with a List/Record field sourcing Employee records. But when I run the search…

Hello @User_K7LBL, Have you followed the steps mentioned in the SuiteAnswers article? This should enable the Details field in the Login Audit Trail.
-
Glad to hear it is working now! 😊 We hope you have a great weekend ahead!

Hi @Paul Salkeld, I tested your script but it is working on my end. The only modification I made was to change one of the custom fields to another that exists in my test account. Can you double check your script deployment record? The Deploy checkbox, audience, status in particular.
