  • Sounds like a role limitation. Does the Custom Support Adminstration have the proper level for Cases? I am assuming that Custom Support Adminstration is not the same as Administrator.
  • Thanks for your help in other options for printing, but the item record print would be better for me. I will continue to use the print capability from the browser. Although not neat, it does help for what I need it for.
  • Morning @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, I was able to get an answer to our bin situation. There was a script in place from RF-Smart on the bin record that was preventing zones working properly. They have a bundle update they are releasing today so I can go in the sandbox and test the resolve of this issue.
