@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle hey Michelle, I understand that, however the "Title" field on our online case form is by default set to Mandatory. We don't want the customer to have to fill out subject, is it possible to make this field not mandatory?

Hello, this unforutnately did not solve my problem. The NetSuite form is live on our website and it takes up to 5-7 seconds before confirmation that the form was submitted successfully.. This is causing leads to click the button a bunch of times not knowing if the form was submitted. Anybody know why this could be…
