Bill - great stuff! I'll make sure our web guy is doing something like this. How long does it take before the changes you make in NS appear in the search results? I'm not saying "until you see improved rankings", just how long until the page titles (as an example) will display differently?

I think another way to state this would be to have a kit whose members include at least one parent of a matrix item. When a sales person (or customer if ordering online) selects the kit, they would be forced to choose the options for each member of the kit that is a matrix item. Okay I see. Yeah definately not 2 different SKUs, that means seperate inventory for the same item.. Yuk! You wouldn't have to maintain separate inventory- the second item could be a kit with its only member being the original item.

Sion, thanks for the explanation. It would be nice if these same options were available at the time the estimate is first created. But for now we can follow the procedure of first saving the estimate (without emailing it) and then opening it up and adding the bcc email address, and resaving it.

The RMA was issued from the "Cash Sale". After receiving the item(s), I click on the Refund button, and I am taken to the "Cash Refund" form. I do not see an option for issuing a Credit Memo. Does this mean I have something set up wrong? I am currently using my Administrator role so I should have full access to everything.

Just went to implement USPS integration and discovered that there is only an option for USPS/FedEx simultaneous integration, i.e. there is no option for USPS/UPS. So if your primary shipper is UPS, the new USPS integration feature is a bust.

Is this what you want: Under Setup > Web sites > select web site - uncheck the "Show Uncategorized Items" if you do not want items to show up in that site unless they are specifically assigned for that site. We already had that box unchecked.

Is there any update to this issue? We occassionally (a few times a week) get this same error. I'm pretty certain that in most of those cases the credit card used is a domestic card and we have no problem processing their card when entering their order through the NS interface.
